Your deposit has been received and your space on Thailand Adventure 2027 is officially confirmed. We are thrilled to welcome you to what is going to be an extraordinary journey.

You are now part of an exclusive group of 16 men who are about to experience Bangkok, Pattaya, and Phuket together - 14 days of adventure, brotherhood, culture, and memories that will last a lifetime. This is your trip. We handle everything else.

Important - What You Need to Do Now

Your Action Items

Sign and return your Liability Waiver. Attached to this email. Please complete and return it to David at lacewallsbydavid@gmail.com as soon as possible. Your spot is not fully secured until this is on file.

Complete your Guest Information Form. Also attached. This tells us everything we need to know to take care of you - dietary needs, emergency contact, passport details, flight info, and room preference.

Book your international flights to Bangkok. You will need to arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) on January 26, 2027. We will send detailed arrival instructions shortly. International airfare is not included in your package.

Purchase travel insurance immediately. Do not wait on this. Purchase comprehensive travel insurance as soon as possible - ideally today. It protects your entire investment and covers you for medical emergencies, cancellations, and travel interruptions abroad.

Check your passport expiration date. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond February 8, 2027 - meaning it must not expire before August 8, 2027. If you need to renew, do it now. Processing times can be unpredictable.

Register with the US Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP). This is free and takes 5 minutes. Visit step.state.gov to register your trip with the US Embassy. In the unlikely event of an emergency abroad, this ensures the Embassy can reach you and your emergency contact.

Complete your Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC). Required by the Thai government - must be completed within 72 hours before arrival. Free at tdac.immigration.go.th. We will send a reminder closer to your travel date.

Note your final payment deadline - December 25, 2026. Your remaining balance is due by this date. We will send you a reminder and invoice well in advance.

A Note on Thailand

Thailand is one of the most welcoming destinations in Asia for gay men. The country is known for its warm, open culture and you will find that Bangkok, Pattaya, and Phuket all have vibrant, thriving LGBTQ+ communities. You will be in an environment where you can simply be yourself - no explanations needed.

That said, a few things to keep in mind as you prepare. Public displays of affection are generally accepted in tourist areas but may draw unwanted attention in more traditional or rural settings. We will guide you through all of this as we go. Kevin and David know Thailand well and will always steer you right.

What We Handle From Here

Everything on the ground is on us. Hotels, domestic flights between cities, all transportation, most meals, curated activities, logistics, and all the details in between. All you need to do is get yourself to Bangkok on January 26 and we take care of the rest.
