About This Trip

Thailand Adventure 2027 is a privately organized group retreat experience running from January 26 through February 8, 2027, visiting Bangkok, Pattaya, and Phuket, Thailand. It is organized and administered by Legacy Leadership Co., Kevin Lee, and David Rively (collectively referred to herein as "the Organizers").

Not a Travel Agency

The Organizers are private individuals facilitating a group retreat experience and are not a licensed travel agency, tour operator, or travel service provider. All third-party services including hotels, domestic flights, transportation, tours, and activities are arranged on behalf of the group as a courtesy and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.

Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that international travel involves inherent risks that cannot be fully anticipated or controlled. I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with participation in Thailand Adventure 2027, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury, illness, or death
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Transportation delays, cancellations, or failures
• Acts of God, weather events, or natural disasters
• Civil unrest, political instability, or unforeseen local conditions
• Exposure to illness or communicable disease
• Accidents or injuries during activities, tours, or excursions
• Theft or loss of personal belongings
• Encounters with local wildlife, insects, or environmental hazards
• Medical emergencies in locations with limited access to facilities
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in Thailand Adventure 2027, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Legacy Leadership Co., Kevin Lee, David Rively, and all of their respective associates, staff, contractors, and agents (collectively the "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me during or in connection with my participation in this trip.

This release includes claims arising from the negligence of the Releasees, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising from my participation in Thailand Adventure 2027, including any damage or injury I may cause to myself, other guests, third parties, or property.

Third-Party Providers

The Organizers are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any hotel, airline, transportation company, tour operator, activity provider, or any other third-party service provider engaged in connection with this trip. Any claims arising from third-party services must be directed to the relevant provider.

Medical Acknowledgment

I confirm that I do not have any physical, psychological, or medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in international group travel. I understand that it is my sole responsibility to consult with my physician prior to the trip regarding any health concerns. I confirm that I have adequate health insurance to cover the costs of medical treatment in the event of any injury or illness while traveling.

Code of Conduct

I agree to comply with the Code of Conduct as outlined in the Terms of Service for Thailand Adventure 2027. I understand that any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, illegal, or harmful to myself or other guests may result in my immediate removal from the trip without refund.

Travel Insurance

I understand that travel insurance is strongly recommended and acknowledge that the Organizers have encouraged me to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. I accept that in the absence of travel insurance, I assume full financial responsibility for any costs arising from cancellation, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this agreement or from participation in Thailand Adventure 2027 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I agree to pay any attorney fees or costs incurred by the Organizers in enforcing this agreement.

Severability

If any portion of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
