Refund Policy

Legacy Leadership Co.  ·  Effective June 2026

Thank you for your interest in Thailand Adventure 2027. Please read this policy carefully before making your reservation. By submitting a deposit you agree to the terms outlined below.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 per person is required to reserve your space. Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been received. Space is strictly limited to 16 guests on a first-come, first-served basis.

Final Payment

Final payment is due no later than December 25, 2026. Failure to submit final payment by this date may result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.

Cancellation by Guest

If you need to cancel your reservation after your deposit has been submitted:

- If you cancel before final payment, your deposit is forfeited. No additional charges will apply.

- If you cancel after full payment has been made, a cancellation credit of $250 per person will be issued. This credit may be applied toward a future trip hosted by Legacy Leadership Co. within two years of the cancellation date. No cash refunds will be issued.

Cancellation by Host

Legacy Leadership Co. reserves the right to cancel the trip for any reason prior to departure. In the event of a host-initiated cancellation, a full refund of all payments received will be issued to each guest within 30 days.

Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance as soon as their deposit is made. Travel insurance is your best protection in the event of unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions. The cost of this trip is non-refundable and travel insurance is the only way to recover your investment if circumstances change.
