Terms of Service

Legacy Leadership Co.  ·  Effective June 2026

By registering for Thailand Adventure 2027, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your deposit.

The Trip

Thailand Adventure 2027 is a private, hosted group travel experience organized by Legacy Leadership Co. and administered by David Rively. The trip runs from January 26 through February 8, 2027, visiting Bangkok, Pattaya, and Phuket, Thailand. It is limited to 16 guests.

Important Disclaimer - Not a Travel Agency

Thailand Adventure 2027 is an independently organized group retreat and is not a commercial travel agency, tour operator, or travel service provider as defined under applicable state or federal law. Legacy Leadership Co. and its administrators, Kevin Lee and David Rively, are private individuals organizing a group travel experience for a limited number of invited guests.

By registering for this trip, guests acknowledge and agree that Legacy Leadership Co. is not a licensed travel agency and does not hold itself out as one. The services provided are those of a private group host and retreat organizer. All third-party services including but not limited to hotel accommodations, domestic flights, transportation, tours, and activities are arranged on behalf of the group as a courtesy and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.

Legacy Leadership Co. acts solely as an organizer and administrator of this private group gathering and assumes no liability for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party service providers.

Payment Methods

To reserve your space, a deposit of $2,000 per person is required. For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods:

• Personal check made payable to David Rively
• Zelle
• Venmo
• Wire transfer

All funds are collected and administered by David Rively on behalf of Legacy Leadership Co. Payment instructions will be provided to you directly upon registration. For payment inquiries, please contact the trip administrator.

Reservations and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 per person is required to reserve your space. Final payment is due by December 25, 2026. Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been received. All payment and cancellation terms are governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

• All transportation between destinations
• Domestic flights within Thailand
• Daily breakfast at every property
• Most lunches and dinners throughout the trip
• Curated group activities and experiences
• Traditional Thai massages
• Tailor experience and custom clothing fitting
• Daily logistics and activity coordination

What Is Not Included

• International airfare to and from Bangkok
• Alcoholic beverages
• Personal expenses and shopping
• Meals on free days and transfer days unless otherwise noted
• Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
• Visa fees where applicable

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests. Legacy Leadership Co. is not responsible for costs incurred due to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, or interruptions. Guests are encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time their deposit is made.

Visa and Entry Requirements

US citizens currently receive visa-free entry to Thailand for tourism purposes. Please note that Thailand's visa exemption policy is subject to change and guests are strongly encouraged to verify current entry requirements well in advance of departure. For the most up-to-date information, visit the official Thai government resources below.

All guests entering Thailand are required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) within 72 hours before arrival. This is mandatory and free of charge.

Guests traveling on non-US passports are responsible for checking and meeting all entry requirements with their local Thai embassy well in advance of departure. Each guest is solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents for the duration of the trip.

Code of Conduct

This is a private group experience. All guests are expected to treat fellow guests, hosts, and staff with respect at all times. The following standards apply throughout the trip:

• Respect the privacy of all guests at all times
• No photos or videos of other guests without their explicit consent
• Excessive alcohol consumption will not be tolerated
• This is a preferred smoke-free experience
• Vaping and e-cigarettes are illegal in Thailand and are prohibited
• This is a drug-free trip with zero tolerance
• Any behavior that is illegal in the United States is equally illegal in Thailand
• Respect Thai customs, traditions, and laws at all times

Room Assignments and Roommate Policy

Double occupancy rooms are available as a cost-saving option for guests who wish to share accommodations. Guests who select double occupancy are responsible for arranging their own roommate pairing within the group. We encourage guests to connect with one another ahead of the trip to make those decisions among themselves.

Legacy Leadership Co. and its administrators are not responsible for mediating personal conflicts between roommates. Any interpersonal issues that arise between guests sharing a room are the sole responsibility of those guests to resolve. Room changes during the trip are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

If a guest cancels their reservation and leaves their roommate without a shared occupant, the remaining guest will be responsible for the single occupancy rate difference. No refunds will be issued to the canceling guest as outlined in the Refund Policy.

Guest Punctuality and Daily Schedule

We want every guest to experience everything this trip has to offer. To make that possible, Thailand Adventure 2027 runs on a coordinated daily schedule that includes domestic flights, transfers, tours, and group activities - many of which have fixed departure times that cannot be adjusted.

We will always communicate the schedule clearly and give plenty of notice for every activity. All we ask is that guests be ready and on time. When tickets are booked and a bus or boat is waiting, unfortunately we cannot hold the group.

Legacy Leadership Co. and its administrators are not responsible for any costs or missed experiences resulting from a guest arriving late to a scheduled activity or departure. This includes missed tours, transfers, domestic flights, and group meals. We will do everything we can to help, but no refunds or credits can be issued for experiences missed due to a guest's absence.

Health, Fitness and Activity Participation

Thailand Adventure 2027 is a relaxed, curated group experience - not a strenuous tour. Activities are designed to be enjoyable and accessible. No guest is required to participate in any specific activity. You are always welcome to opt out of anything that does not suit you and spend that time as you choose.

That said, guests are responsible for their own health and wellbeing throughout the trip. Legacy Leadership Co. and its administrators are not responsible for any medical issues, injuries, or health-related incidents that may occur during the trip. Guests with any health concerns are encouraged to consult their physician before traveling and to carry any necessary medications with them.

Social Media and Photography

Guests are welcome to share their experience on social media and we encourage you to celebrate this incredible journey. However, please be respectful of your fellow guests. Not everyone wishes to appear in photos or videos posted publicly online. Always obtain the consent of any guest before posting images or videos of them on any social media platform.

Legacy Leadership Co. and its administrators are not responsible for any content posted by guests on social media or any other public platform before, during, or after the trip.

Assumption of Risk

International travel involves inherent risks. By registering for this trip, guests acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to risks associated with travel, physical activities, local conditions, and health. Legacy Leadership Co. is not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, or damage sustained during the trip.

Changes to the Itinerary

Legacy Leadership Co. reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time due to weather, safety concerns, availability, or circumstances beyond our control. Every effort will be made to provide a comparable experience in the event of any changes.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from participation in this trip shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
